Where do I pay my sponsorship money in?
You can pay your money in at any of Coventry Building Society’s branches, before 30 September 2008. When you pay your money in please ensure that your sponsorship form is given to the cashier. The sponsorship form acts as a record of the funds you have raised and an instruction as to which charity or cause the funds should be sent to, if you have nominated one. You will receive a receipt which you must keep safely in case there is any future query.
If you pay your sponsorship money in through Coventry Building Society, the Coventry Three Spires Round Table will usually ‘top up’ the amount you have raised, which means that your charity or cause could benefit even more.
*You can also send your sponsorship money by post, BY CHEQUE ONLY - made payable to 'Coventry Three Spires Round Table - 061015440', to the Fun Run organisers. Ensure you also send your sponsorship form with your cheque.

After the closing date for receipt of money, Coventry Building Society and Coventry Three Spires Round Table finalise the money raised. During November, cheques are sent to nominated charities/causes, together with any "top up" from any surplus funds raised.
Can I pay sponsorship money direct to my charity/cause?
Yes. However, if you pay your sponsorship money in through Coventry Building Society, your donation may receive a "top up" donation from Coventry Three Spires Round Table from any surplus funds raised by the event when the final amount is announced during November. Please still let us know how much you raised by emailing funrun@thecoventry.co.uk

A charity or cause can be anything from a registered charity to schools or recreational groups, such as, Scouts, Guides, football clubs, or any organisation that helps children or the disadvantaged.
